Yes, our zinc alloy products can be processed with fully nickel-free electroplating, although this incurs an additional cost.
Under normal use, PVD vacuum coating can maintain its color for over 5 years.
Our stainless steel products typically pass the following tests:
1. Nickel release: < 0.5 μg/cm²/week (48h salt spray)
2. Salt spray test: 24 hours
3. Temperature & humidity test: 48 hours

Lead time is generally 30 to 45 days, depending on product complexity.
All our products undergo 100% inspection before shipment to ensure that every piece is defect-free.
We are shareholders of two hardware factories—one for zinc alloy and another for stainless steel—giving us a price advantage. For other accessories such as zippers, acrylic, and machinery, we work with trusted partner factories for sourcing.
Our factories welcome and accept third-party audits at any time.
We accept T/T payment only. Typically 30-50% deposit, with the balance paid before shipment.
You may use your own freight forwarder, or we can arrange shipping through our trusted partners and couriers.
Over the years, we have exported to Europe, the UK, the US, the Middle East, Pakistan, Iran, Turkey, South Africa, Russia, South America and many other countries.
